COVID-19: High School Announcements

Class of 2020 Graduation Update
As graduation season is quickly approaching, Mapleton is committed to properly recognizing the Class of 2020.  We are working towards creating the best plan for our graduates, while ensuring we are following the constraints we are under.  There are 3 possible ceremonies that could take place at the end of May or early June.  These 3 potential plans include: 1) a social distancing traditional commencement ceremony held at John E. Camp Stadium with a limited number of guests, 2) a drive-thru commencement ceremony held in the parking lot of Mapleton High School, or 3) a virtual commencement ceremony.  The original date of May 31st, along with other dates, are being considered.  As we navigate through specific restrictions and requirements, a final decision will be made in approximately 2-3 weeks.  Thank you for your patience in this situation.  We are extremely proud of our graduating Class of 2020 and are dedicated to recognizing their accomplishments in a manner that's safe for all involved!

Ashland County "Senior Cruise" scheduled for May 30 @ 6:30 PM
