Scheduling for the 2023-2024 school year will begin on Monday, March 6th. Registration forms will be passed out that day at grade level scheduling meetings. Forms are due Friday, March 10th. 8th graders should turn forms in to Mrs. Shank in the middle school office. Grades 9-11 should turn forms in to Mrs. Shafer in the high school office. Mapleton High School will be hosting a Financial Aid Night on Wednesday, March 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the high school Makerspace. Representatives will be available to help seniors and their parents finalize their FAFSA forms for 2022-2023. FAFSA funds are available for adult education, career education, and certifications as well as traditional 2 and 4 year schooling. Please bring a charged Chromebook and 2020 tax returns. Mapleton High School will be holding a CCP information night on Tuesday, January 11th at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. This meeting will provide information about participation in CCP programs for the 2022-2023 school year. Representatives from NCSC, LCCC, AU, and OSU will be in attendance at this meeting. If students plan on participating in CCP for the 2022-2023 school year, parents and students should plan on attending. Please note that in order to participate in CCP classes, students and parents must take part in counseling that addresses the risks and benefits associated with the CCP program. If students and parents cannot attend this meeting, other arrangements should be made to receive this counseling. In addition, intent to participate forms must be filled out and returned to Mrs. Shafer in the guidance office no later that April 1, 2022.
